- MORE Registry -- Mycophenolic acid Observational REnal Transplant Program
(Enrollment is closed for this study.) The MORE Registry is a Phase IV, Non-Interventional, Multi-center, Open-Label, Prospective, Observational Study of the Safety, Effectiveness, Tolerability and Compliance of Immunosuppressive Regimens.
The main objective is to describe center practices and to compare the short and long term outcomes, including tolerability, safety, effectiveness, and patient compliance of current and newly emerging immunosuppressive regimens used in the management of de novo renal transplant patients in routine clinical practice. The regimens will include MPA (mycophenolic acid) therapy constituting either myfortic® (ECMPS) or CellCept® (MMF).

- Pharmacokinetic Evaluation of Plasmapheresis in Cross Match Positive or ABO Incompatible Kidney Allograft Recipientst (This trial not yet enrolling; please call 212-305-2813 for more information.) The primary endpoint will be the determination of immune globulin, Tacrolimus, Mycophenolate Mofetil and Daclizumab levels before, during and after plasmapheresis treatments. Secondary endpoints will include changes in antibody titer, PRA reduction and cross-matching.
