Psychotherapy for Adolescent Depression

Purpose

This study is examining whether adolescent depression and family conflict are best treated with individual adolescent psychotherapy or psychotherapy that includes both the adolescent and the parents. Eligible participants will receive 16 weeks of psychotherapy designed to treat depression by addressing communication skills and interpersonal relationships.
